Oregon Concealed Handgun License Course

You will need this course to obtain your Oregon Concealed Handgun License.

 

In this course we will go over :

 

• How to get your CHL
• The legal responsibilities and liabilities of firearms ownership.
• Overview of when you are required or not required to be in possession of a concealed handgun license when carrying.
• Where you can and cannot carry a concealed handgun with and without your concealed handgun license.
• Overview of laws regulating the use of force on another.
• Overview of local, state and federal laws concerning firearms ownership, possession and transportation.
• Handgun Safety

 

After successful you will need to send the course completion certificate with your application to your local sheriff.

 

Completion of this course by itself does not allow you to carry a concealed handgun in Oregon. You must first obtain your concealed handgun license from your local sheriff!

 

I am available within the entire State of Oregon, classes outside the Portland Metro area require either compensation for travel or a minimum of 10 students.

 

Price $50 per student. 30 minutes of dry-fire laser gun training can be added for $20 per student.
