Oregon law (OAR259-060-0200) requires any business that provides any form of security, even on their own property, to have a DPSST licensed executive manager. This manager can be contracted out.
Individuals licensed as armed or unarmed security as well as supervisory manager can not legally be contracted as independent contractors to provide security services.
